The University of Debrecen, the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the Computer and Automation Research Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Alfréd Rényi Institute of Mathematical are to hold an International Scientific Conference in the City of Debrecen (Hungary) on 4 - 6 July 2002 with the title
Second Central European Conference on Cryptography

The First Central European Conference on Cryptography (TatraCrypt'01) was a successful step to collect specialist interested in this rapidly growing area. Encouraged by its success, we would like to make it atradition. University of Debrecen's forerunner admitted the first
students in Computer Science thirty years ago. This anniversary togetherthe growing interest in cryptography should serve a good basis for theSecond Central European Conference on Cryptography -- HAJDUCRYPT'02.
We hope that HAJDUCRYPT'02 will be a forum where academic area anddevelopers could, and will come together and exchange their experience.

Scientific Program and Registration
We plan to organise plenary lectures and short communications (20 minutes). Please inform us, at your earliest convenience, whether you intend to take part at the conference and give a lecture. If you intend to give a lecture please send us a one-page Abstract of your talk to
hcrypt@math.klte.hu not later than 1st of April 2002. In this case the organisers will let you know whether your talk is accepted or not until 1st of May 2002.More information and registration at

A restricted number of rooms are available in the new student dormitory. In general two adjacent rooms share a toilet and a bathroom, however there are also some rooms with their own toilet and bathroom.
